I had mentioned earlier that I had started working out in a quest to lose weight and get in shape. I had an appointment last night to have my measurements redone after two months of a workout routine (minus the week I lost from the hurricane) and I was pleasantly surprised and incredibly encouraged. I have lost 6lbs, 11.25 inches and 2% of my body fat. I still have a long way to go but its a great start!
